Our Leadership, which includes our Board of Directors is responsible for the conduct of the business and its long-term success. They represent the interests of all our stakeholders, ensuring that we deliver for our telecoms customers by putting safety, wellness and quality of service at the very core of all that we do.

In addition to the Board of Directors, our Management Team, are the delegated body through which our Managing Director leads and exercises his responsibility for the management, development and performance of the business. They are responsible for individual areas and meet regularly to align.



Tom is Managing Director and owner of Spectrum Telecom Installation Limited, having acquired the well-established and very reputable company from its founder owners in 2020.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Structural) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from University College Dublin. He also has an MBA from the Smurfit Business School, UCD and is a Chartered Engineer with Engineers Ireland.

Tom has previously held senior management roles at Global Rail Services Limited, GRA Networks, KTL and Vodafone. Over a quarter of a century, he has grown a wealth of experience and developed an extensive contact base across the telecom, construction, and engineering industries and is passionate about delivering efficient, high quality and practical results with the help and support of a super Spectrum team.



Stephen is currently responsible for the General Management of Spectrum Telecommunications Limited and holds a National Craft Certificate in Carpentry and Joinery and is soon to complete a Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying.

He has over 25 years combined experience within the Construction and Telecoms industries with a proven track record in project and programme management.

He is a very focused manager, who works closely with the company’s clients to ensure the very best outcomes for all parties. This is delivered through careful management and support of both Spectrum’s in-house staff and the company’s valued supply chain partners.



David has held the role of finance manager within Spectrum Telecom Installations Limited since January 2021 and is responsible for the overall financial management for Spectrum. A qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA) and a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland, he also holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (Accounting) honours degree from Technological University Dublin.

With has 16 years’ experience in the world of Accounting & Finance, he began his career training as an Accountant while working in a medium sized Accountancy practice where he spent 4 years. From there he has held roles such as financial accountant, senior analyst, financial controller, and finance manager across several industries.

He is a highly dedicated professional with extensive experience within all aspects of accounting, audit, tax, financial analysis, budgeting, and banking, as well as a proven track record as a manager and leader.



Elaine is a Director and owner of Spectrum Telecom Installations Limited after acquiring the business together with Tom in 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from University College Dublin.

Elaine previously designed bridges for Arup Consulting Engineers and then worked as Assistant Chief Fire Officer (Prevention) in Wicklow County Council, before dedicating her time to raising a family.

Elaine thrives on delivering a high standard of results for clients, relying on the support and dedication of an amazing team at Spectrum.
